Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing community engagement strategies that align with overall company goals and each brand’s objectives.
- Managing and growing online communities across social media, forums, and the company website for multiple brands.
- Creating, curating, and managing content (posts, videos, webinars, etc.) that is relevant, engaging, and tailored to each brand’s voice.
- Ensuring consistency of messaging by collaborating with internal teams (marketing, sales, customer support) to support community initiatives.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive environment, encouraging active participation and meaningful interactions across all communities.
- Monitoring and responding to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Developing and enforcing community guidelines to maintain safe and respectful spaces.
- Identifying and cultivating relationships with key community members and influencers to build loyalty and advocacy.
- Gathering and analysing community feedback to inform marketing and sales strategies.
- Tracking and reporting on engagement metrics to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analysing trends and industry best practices to continually enhance community engagement strategies.
Required skills and qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in community management or social media management, supported by a demonstrable portfolio.
- Strong knowledge of online community platforms, social media tools, and analytics.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot).
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- A creative and strategic mindset to design and execute innovative community engagement initiatives.
- Skills in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and project management.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in French and English.
