The HR Executive supports the effective implementation of Attitude’s people strategy at an operational level.

 

Reporting to the HR Manager, the role focuses on talent acquisition, training coordination, and day-to-day HR operations, ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment activities for operational and supervisory positions, in line with approved manning guide.
  • Draft job postings and conduct the screening, interviews, reference checks, and employment offers.
  • Liaise with Department Heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment.
  • Participate in job fairs.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
  • Organize onboarding and induction programs for new joiners to ensure smooth integration.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records, HR systems, and personnel files in line with company and statutory requirements.

Training & Development Management

  • Coordinate the hotel’s training calendar in line with operational needs and group standards.
  • Support Department Heads in identifying training needs and monitoring training effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, and all supporting documentation in line with HRDC requirements for G1 and G3 refund claims.
  • Assist in the coordination of FM’s internal development programs.
HR Operations
  • Coordinate day-to-day HR operations to support smooth and efficient hotel operations.
  • Ensure effective implementation and ongoing compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labour regulations.
  • Compile, analyze, and submit regular HR operational reports and analytics to the HR Manager and Head Office within required timelines.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • 3–4 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or service industry
  • Practical experience in recruitment and training coordination
  • Good knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and with staff at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate HR records, HRIS systems, and reporting related to HR operations.
  • Disciplined, professional, and consistent in applying HR policies and procedures.
  • Proactive and takes ownership of HR operational tasks
  • People-first mindset, ensuring employee welfare, fairness, and support.
