We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and discreet Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager and the Chief Executive Officer of our resort hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager and CEO
- Manage executive diaries, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and minutes
- Act as a key liaison between executive management, department heads, owners, and external stakeholders
- Coordinate executive meetings, briefings, and confidential discussions
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all resort, guest, and corporate information
- Screen and manage calls, emails, and visitors with professionalism and discretion
- Assist in follow-ups on executive decisions and operational actions
- Support special projects, audits, inspections, and management initiatives
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administration of the Executive Office
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a resort or hotel environment
- Experience supporting General Manager, CEO, or senior hotel management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French an advantage)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
