We are looking for a Financial Reporting Officer to join our team in Bel Ombre!
Overview of the Role🔍
To analyze financial data and prepare accurate financial reports in compliance with accounting standards and control procedures.
Key Responsibilities 📋
• Prepare weekly DBO revenue reports and weekly flash F&B cost reports.
• Support the Finance Manager with month-end closing reviews and the preparation of summary reports.
• Analyze cost variances and document root causes.
• Assist in preparing presentations for the Heritage Resorts Committee.
• Contribute to budget preparation and perform budgetary control activities.
• Produce ad hoc financial analyses as requested by the Finance Manager, Corporate Office, or COO.
• Participate in the upcoming IT system change and support the Finance Manager to ensure successful implementation.
• Provide financial support to Heritage Resorts business units as assigned.
• Carry out any other duties as delegated by the Finance Manager.
• Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units.
• Notify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society.
Ideal Candidate Profile 🎯
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; ACCA Level 2 would be an advantage.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a financial or accounting environment; experience in the hospitality sector is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
