Provide first class support and service to walk – in clients and effectively selling the Company’s products and/or related services.
DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES
- To raise invoices as per customers purchase order or verbal requirements at counter desk. Respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries by telephone and/or face to face.
- Follow up all pending deliveries and keep record to update customers timely.
- Promotion of our available products to new and existing clients through a pro-active approach.
- Assisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Company, including strategies for encouraging repeat business and up-selling.
- To liaise with at all times with all team members and works as a team to reach targets set by the Company.
- To provide input and ideas into marketing initiatives and subsequently promote these initiatives and monitor responses.
- Any other cognate duties as may be assigned to you by the management.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
- Knowledge on Business Central would be advantageous
- Minimum 1 year experience as sales representative
