Full Stack Developer

In this role, you will design, build, and automate scalable platforms while contributing to site reliability and operational excellence. You will work closely with product, data, and AI teams to deliver resilient systems that support modern applications, including MLOps and AI-driven solutions.

BDO IT Consulting is a fast-growing company with a mission to ensure that we deliver the promised benefits. In partnership with BDO Canada, we are looking for a Full Stack Developer with the skills and qualifications outlined below to become part of our technology team. 

Key responsibilities:

• Building and automating platforms using Python, React, TypeScript, Node.js
• Driving SRE initiatives: defining SLOs, improving resilience, and reducing operational toil
• Enhancing observability (metrics, logs, traces) and reliability practices
• Developing self-service tools for engineering teams
• Designing and strengthening robust infrastructure to support MLOps and AI agents
• Partnering closely with product, data, and AI teams to enable scalable systems 

Experiences:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of platform engineering and reliability principles
• Hands-on experience with modern backend, frontend stacks, Python, React, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Comfort owning systems end-to-end, from design to production
• Experience with AI, MLOps, or agentic systems is a plus
