- Provide guidance with the registration process.
- Develop new client relationships and assists the company’s clientele base.
- Know all the features and benefits of all products, services, and trading systems offered.
- Attain full understanding of the Company’s internal operating systems.
- Follow up with prospective clients to provide information and ensure they have the necessary support during the onboarding process.
- Fully understand and implement all Anti Money Laundering and Know Your Customer procedures.
- Explain to clients how to use the Company’s trading platform.
- Input detailed and accurate data and information in all internal systems.
- Develop a sound understanding of trading market conditions on a daily basis.
- Engage with prospective clients to provide company information, respond to queries, and maintain ongoing communication.
- Cultivate successful client relationships and maintains a high level of client satisfaction.
- Carry out any further duties assigned by their line manager.

Requirements
- 1+ years experience in sales and trading knowledge is advantageous.
- Sales-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and demonstrating strong performance.
- Familiarity with online trading or financial markets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- High level of professionalism and work ethic.
- Prior experience in similar roles will be an advantage.
- Applicants must be eligible or have legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
