Compliance Officer

The purpose of this role is to ensure the effective implementation and coordination of compliance processes, in line with regulatory requirements and the operational standards.

Duties and Experiences

• Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance
• Minimum 5 years in a similar field
• Monitor and interpret construction-related laws and regulations(labor, safety, environment , zoning, licensing).
• Ensure compliance with local, national and international construction regulations.
• Maintain required permits, licences and registrations.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and inspectors.
• Ensure company policies align with laws, contracts, and industry standards.
• Monitor environmental compliance.
• Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses; ensure corrective actions.
• Develop and update internal compliance policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on changes in construction laws and best practices.
