Oxenham Ltd is recruiting a Foreman/Factory Operator to work in the production department.

Role:Primarily supervising teams, ensuring production and quality are met, managing daily workflow, prioritizing tasks, maintaining strict safety protocol, operating machinery, and serving as a key link between management and workers, focusing on efficiency, training, and problem-solving. 

Qualification & Experience:

• School Certificate
• Previous experience as Foreman/Factory Worker/Operator/team leader in the food industry would be an advantage.
• Experience in team management and stock control would be an advantage
• Serious & Hard worker
• Working hours : 7h00 to 16h00 from Monday to Friday, Saturday 7h00 to 12h00 as required
• Good analytical skills
• Holder of a valid certificate of Character.
