Waiter

• Ensure an efficient and high quality service to guests • Present bill to guests and ensure that they are signed • Participate in Eco standard/sustainable responsibility set by the hotel

• Attend daily briefings in his/her department and  follow instructions from superiors concerning the daily planning of the outlet that he/she is assigned to work for
• Perform “mise en place” of tables, service stations, as instructed by immediate superiors
• Abide to specific service sequences as per standards when serving guests

Fluent both in English and French, a third language would be an advantage
