Electronic Security Technicians

Avacor Ltd is looking for Electronic Security Technicians for its sister Company WeSecure Ltd

JOB SUMMARY

The Electronic Security Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance & repair of electronic security equipment’s. He is a professional that delivers a high-quality technical solutions and services to our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

• Install, maintain, or repair of Burglar Alarm Systems, Fire Alarm, CCTV Systems, Access Control, Patrol Tour System, Automatic Gates, or other related equipment’s.
• Inspect sites and talk to clients and perform accurate surveys to determine security requirements.
• Examine systems to evaluate, diagnose, troubleshoot and perform repairs as necessary.
• Make sure that job requests are attended timely without delays.
• Demonstrates effective positive customer service and always be courteous with clients.
• Keep client’s property clean and safe after each & every intervention.
• Adhere to operational procedures and complete appropriate documentation: Technical Intervention Report, Survey Sheet, Commissioning reports.
• Be responsible and take care of assigned tools, equipment and vehicles.
• Request equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of
• required items.
• Coordinate with Management and other colleagues for the purpose of completing projects / work orders efficiently.
• Keep up to date about new products, systems, and developments.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least SC
• A certificate or diploma in electrical and electronics engineering would constitute an advantage
• A previous experience of at least 2 years in the same field would constitute a definite advantage
• A valid driving license would constitute and advantage but is not a must
