One of our client is looking for a Call Center Operator.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction Answer incoming calls and respond to emails/chats, transferring calls to the correct department when needed.
  • Problem Resolution: De-escalate complaints, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions, owning the issue until resolved
  • Call clients and customers to inform them about the company services and policies.
Key Skill & Requirements
  • Strong communication Skills
  • School Certificate
  • Experience in a Call center office.
  • Great active listening skills
  • A patient and empathetic attitude
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Computer literacy
