In this role, you’ll provide hands-on support for desktops, servers, and network infrastructure, ensuring smooth business operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily and monthly system procedures to ensure business continuity.
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
  • Handle remote and onsite interventions for IT support requests.
  • Install and configure IT equipment and software applications.
  • Carry out basic network cabling and administration tasks.
  • Assist with server installation, administration, and routine backups.
  • Respond to IT tickets promptly and document resolution steps.
  • Ensure adherence to agreed SLAs and deliver timely solutions.
  • Maintain excellent customer service when handling queries and complaints.
  • Perform any other related duties within the IT department.

Candidate Profile

  • SC/HSC qualification; CCNA certification is an advantage.
  • 6–12 months of experience in a similar IT support role.
  • Knowledge of PC repair (hardware and software) and Windows/Linux operating systems.
  • Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Valid driver’s licence for onsite interventions.
