The Learning & Development opportunity will allow you to contribute to the growth and development of our staff whilst honing your skills in the field of training and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in organizing internal and external training sessions, workshops, and inductions
Maintain accurate training records, files, and databases
Support compliance with mandatory and statutory training requirements
Support preparation of onboarding materials and welcome packs
Ensure smooth coordination with departments for onboarding schedules
Assist trainers during training sessions (room setup, materials, logistics)
Assist in compiling training reports, monthly statistics, and feedback analysis
Help track training hours and participation rates
Support internal development initiatives, talent programs, and workshops
Assist in organizing team engagement activities related to learning and development
Encourage a positive learning culture within the hotel
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources,Management, or a related field
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask
Enthusiasm for learning and helping others develop their skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint)
