HVAC Technician Grade 1

Atmosferik Controls Ltd is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician – Grade 1 to join its Operations team. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing split units, VRF systems, and chillers, while working independently or in a team and ensuring optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, and commission split units, VRF systems, and chillers

• Perform preventive maintenance and advanced troubleshooting on HVAC systems

• Conduct site surveys and prepare accurate technical reports and quotations

• Complete intervention and survey reports, maintaining detailed work records

• Supervise and guide junior technicians and apprentices on job sites

• Plan and coordinate daily tasks to ensure an efficient workflow

• Maintain high-quality standards across all installation, maintenance, and repair work

• Deliver excellent customer service and handle all customer interactions professionally

• Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and safe at all times

• Maintain and properly use tools, equipment, and company vehicles

• Comply with the Occupational Health & Safety Act 2022 and all relevant safety regulations

• Represent the company with integrity, professionalism, and respect

Requirements

• Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or a related field

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair

• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems (basic electronics is an advantage)

• Valid driving licence

• High level of accountability, initiative, and professionalism
