Our client in the distribution sector is seeking to recruit an Indoor Sales Cum Admin Clerk/Reception who will report to the Accountant and Managing Director.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and serve visitors by greeting, in person or on the telephone, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
- Answering or referring inquiries; notifying the appropriate staff of visitor's arrival.
- Make appointments on behalf of Management.
- Attending to incoming and going calls and taking messages.
- Coordinate with the Office Attendant the despatch of documents.
- Maintain continuity among team members by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.
- Develop sales strategies and setting up goals.
- Generate leads and reaching out to prospects.
- Contact customers and potential customers over calls, emails, and even in person.
Profile:
- Higher School Certificate.
- Diploma in Sales / Marketing.
- At least 1 year experience in a similar position.
- Dynamic and customer-oriented.
- Organized with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in administrative tasks and sales coordination.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Team Player
- Knowledge of accounting software (Sage Evolution).
