Our client is seeking to recruit an Administrative Officer who will report to the Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily administrative operations of the school, including student and staff support.
- Managing data entry, database updates, and maintaining organised filing and document management systems.
- Coordinating procurement and supplier activities, as well as scheduling and organising meetings, events, and appointments.
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office, and processing invoices, claims, and administrative paperwork. Preparing food cost and helping with stock updates.
- HSC/degree holder with experience.
- Prior experience in administrative roles or office coordination.
- Proactive and responsible.
- Collaborative and motivated by social impact and educational development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
- Working hours may occasionally vary to support events and operational activities.
