We provide a complete range of professional services including company formation, corporate administration, fund administration, accounting and tax services, wealth management, third party fund accounting, financial outsourcing and business model optimisation. 
We have delivery centres in Mauritius, Rwanda, Kenya and Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Coordinate and drive key HC projects such as HRIS implementation, SOP standardisation and process optimisation.
•    Map, analyse and document HR processes across Operations, L&D, Engagement and H&S.
•    Work closely with Technology, Finance and internal teams on system integrations and transformation priorities.
•    Support change management activities, communication plans and training rollouts.
•    Build project trackers, dashboards and governance mechanisms.
•    Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy and operational risk controls.
•    Present progress updates and recommend improvements to the Head of HC.

 

Job Requirements:

•    5–8+ years of experience in HR, project management, transformation, or operations.
•    Strong understanding of HR processes, digital tools and workflow documentation.
•    Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
•    Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
•    Experience with HR systems, project tools, or change management (an advantage).
•    Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and drive structured execution.
