Role Overview
Reporting to the Sales Administration Department within the Monetisation & Strategy function, the Media Sales Operations Officer supports a portfolio of clients across digital and radio advertising activities.
The role focuses on commercial administration, contract management, data accuracy, and operational support, ensuring smooth execution of advertising sales and high levels of internal and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Contract Administration
- Monitor the progress of commercial proposals in coordination with sales teams.
- Draft commercial agreements and Advertising Orders based on negotiated terms.
- Create and manage digital advertising products within internal systems when required.
- Coordinate internal approval workflows and manage external client signature processes.
Sales Support & Issue Management
- Act as a key support contact for sales teams and agencies.
- Ensure timely handling and resolution of commercial disputes, liaising with relevant internal departments.
Client & Data Management
- Register, update, and monitor agency and advertiser mandates.
- Verify client entities (advertisers, agencies, intermediaries) and their attributes within sales systems.
- Request creation or updates of client records through the Reference/Data team.
- Follow up on reference-related actions, including advance payment tracking.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum Bac+3) in Business, Management, Advertising, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales administration, media operations, or advertising support is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the media and advertising market is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel and numerical skills is mandatory.
