The role is responsible for the effective coordination, administration, and operational support of dental services, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, compliance with internal processes, and high standards of patient service.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Preparation and management of the monthly duty roster for dentists
Coordination and organisation of transportation arrangements for dental assistants
Preparation and issuance of quotations for implant, orthodontic, and general dental treatments
Follow-up on unanswered calls and scheduling of patient appointments
Preparation and submission of consumable indents to ensure adequate stock levels
Daily banking and reconciliation of reception cash at the end of each working day
Compilation and submission of statistical reports from the HIS, including OPD figures and gross and net revenue, to Dr Bunjhun
Management of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) matters, with all complaints routed through Dr Bunjhun for approval prior to communication with Mr Sullivan
Coordination of on-call dentists and dental assistants, including transport arrangements via taxi services paid by Dr Bunjhun’s company
Processing, monitoring, and follow-up of supplier payments
