Currently recruiting an HR Trainee at Ascencia Ltd
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Assist in the administrative duties in the HR department
• Support in the recruitment process
• Follow up on queries and other administrative duties
• Data entry and keeping HR dashboard updated
• File documents and perform other administrative tasks as may be assigned.
• Setting up appointments and arranging meetings
• Any other cognate duties
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• Degree or Diploma in the related field or any other equivalent qualifications.
• Experience in HR or in admin will be an advantage
• Computer skills: proficient with all computer application
• Fluent in English and French
• Dynamic individual with good communication skills.
• Organised and able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
