As a key member of our leadership team, the HR Manager will drive strategic HR initiatives, support business goals, and champion employee engagement and development across the organization.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

Strategy & Workforce Planning

  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with the company's strategic goals.
  • Drive workforce planning initiatives to meet future business needs.
  • Develop long-term strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development.

 

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for key roles and ensure a smooth, structured hiring and onboarding experience.
  • Strengthen employer branding to attract and retain high-quality candidates.

 

Performance Management, Learning & Talent Development

  • Oversee the performance review process and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend targeted training or development programmes.
  • Support managers and employees with coaching, feedback, and career development guidance.
  • Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline.

 

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
  • Address employee concerns and support fair, timely conflict resolution.
  • Drive engagement and culture-building initiatives that enhance morale and retention.

 

General Reporting to Management

  • Regularly report on key HR metrics, such as recruitment progress, employee engagement levels, turnover, and performance trends.
  • Provide insights and analysis on the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Support decision-making with data-driven reports and recommendations to enhance HR practices.

 

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, internal policies, Health & Safety regulations and HR best practices.
  • Oversee HR administration, employee benefits programs, and accurate record keeping.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal HR processes.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and strategic HR principles.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and detail-oriented, with strong analytical thinking.
  • Ability to influence at all levels and build a high-performing culture.

 

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience, ideally in the FMCG sector or a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
