To oversee daily operations of the sugar retail packing lines, ensuring production efficiency, product quality, equipment reliability, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate packing activities to meet daily production targets.
- Ensure product quality (weight, sealing, cube shape, packaging presentation) meets company standards.
- Manage and motivate packing operators and assistants.
- Ensure proper machine setup, operation, and maintenance coordination.
- Maintain accurate production reports (output, downtime, wastage).
- Uphold safety, hygiene, and BRCGS requirements in all operations.
- Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
- Ensure all deliveries reach customers in a timely manner.
- Proper planning and stock management.
- Ensure data is correctly entered in the ERP system.

Qualifications:
- Holder of a School Certificate (SC)/ Higher School Certificate (HSC) or any equivalent qualification.
- Holder of a DUST, HND or BTS in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or any equivalentqualification.
- Experience in an industrial environment would be an advantage.
