Assist in managing daily factoring operations, perform data analysis to support business decisions, and oversee provisions and write-offs. Act as alternate to the Senior Manager during absences.
Assist in managing daily factoring operations, perform data analysis to support business decisions, and oversee provisions and write-offs. Act as alternate to the Senior Manager during absences.
Responsibility
- Monitor client portfolios, debtor payments, and credit exposure.
- Conduct financial analysis, compute ratios, and assess credit risk for clients and debtors.
- Prepare and present reports to the Credit Committee; recommend actions based on portfolio performance.
- Manage credit insurance policy, liaise with insurers, and ensure compliance.
- Oversee provisioning, claims preparation, and exposure reporting.
- Lead and supervise Relationship Executives and Collections teams.
- Approve financing requests in line with policies and risk parameters.
- Develop and enforce credit concentration policies; monitor utilization and variances.
- Compile and report portfolio statistics and KPIs to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to processes and timely submission of reports.
Profile
- Degree in Business/ Finance related fields
- Qualification in Factoring is advantageous
- At least 5 years experience in the factoring business or at least 10 years experience in the finance industry
