Business Development Executive
What will you do?
Grow the SME/business portfolio by acquiring new clients and achieving individual and team targets.
Monitor the performance of existing SME clients and review their needs when required.
Coordinate with internal teams to support credit review, disbursement processes, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Share customer updates and relevant information with internal stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to support revenue growth.
Requirements:
2–3 years’ experience in sales and marketing of banking products, especially SME/commercial.
Strong knowledge of SME banking, trade finance products, and commercial credit solutions.
Good business acumen and understanding of SME financing needs, market issues, trends, and local policies.
Knowledge of credit assessment, financial analysis, and risk management.
Proactive, independent, and highly committed with strong integrity.
Strategic thinker with good analytical abilities.
Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
