Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (flexible)

About the Role

We’re looking for a talented, motivated, and creative Marketing Manager to lead both digital and offline marketing for multiple brands, including online courses, catering services, lifestyle platforms, and personal brand development.

What You’ll Do

Digital Marketing & Ads

• Run and optimize campaigns across social media platforms (incl. Meta Ads).
• Drive audience growth, visibility, and engagement.

Content Creation

• Create compelling content for social media, websites, and newsletters.
• Maintain consistent, on-brand messaging across all channels.

Website & Brand Management

• Oversee updates, performance, and user experience across multiple websites.
• Strengthen brand identity and online presence.

Events, Media & Networking

• Assist with interviews, articles, and media collaborations.
• Support planning and marketing of events and workshops.

Analytics & Strategy

• Use analytics and AI tools to track performance.
• Prepare reports and implement data-driven improvements.

What We’re Looking For

🔹 4–5+ years of marketing experience
🔹 Strong digital marketing, copywriting, and content skills
🔹 Experience with Meta ads & analytics tools
🔹 Tech-savvy, creative, and proactive
🔹 Goal-oriented, reliable, and positive
🔹 Able to work independently with minimal supervision
🔹 Driving license + own vehicle
🔹 Fluent in English (French/Creole a bonus)
🔹 Marketing diploma (or similar)
