Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a Manager - Sales & Operations, who will be responsible to lead and oversee all sales, marketing and operational activities of the departments, ensuring achievement of sales targets and smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Profile

Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a Manager - Sales and Operations within our Automotive Tyres Department,who will be responsible to lead and oversee all sales, marketing and operational activities of the departments, ensuring achievement of sales targets and smooth day-to-day operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and understand their business needs.
  • Prospect for new sales opportunities and achieve agreed sales targets.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Manage pricing, costing, and discounting of products.
  • Oversee marketing activities, tenders, and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure timely submission and follow-up on tenders.
  • Manage stock and order processes, including ageing stock strategies.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and sales reports.
  • Any other cognate duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales/Marketing or related field (MBA is an advantage).
  • At least 10 years of solid experience in Sales and Marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years in a similar managerial position preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude

  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Business acumen and understanding of financial concepts and budgeting.
  • Understand and use financial concepts and budgeting.
  • Excellent knowledge of products trends on the market / industry.
  • Excellent operational management, sales, procurement, and stock management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French.
