Primary Functions:

• Contact healthcare professionals and institutions by telephone in a clear and concise manner.
• Present our services and offers, and schedule qualified appointments.
• Versatility and ability to collaborate with different Divisions/Teams and understand the specific challenges of each activity.
• Ensure rigorous updating and follow-up of prospects in our CRM.
• Document call reports.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of our campaigns.

Basic Qualifications :

• HSC - BSC level.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a telesales/teleprospector representative.
• Excellent communication (spoken & written) and sales skills.
• Good command of computer tools and CRM software.
• Strong interpersonal skills, autonomous, rigorous and perseverance.
• Ability to work independently, in a team and remotely.
• Respect for confidentiality.
