Sales Coordinator

We are actively looking for a reliable and trustworthy Sales Coordinator who will work closely with the current team in place.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and present price surveys in collaboration with sales staff
• Keep updated on market evolution
• Actively participate in sales meeting and do the follow of all points discussed in the meeting
• Prepare sales analysis report as and when required
• Follow up of all marketing invoices and ensure timely processing of same for prompt payment by accounts department
• Perform field visit alongside sales team as and when required
•  

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Sales/Marketing or any other equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales-driven environment
• Good communication skills
• Customer focused
• Ability to work on long and odd hours
• Good report writing skills
• Computer literate and at ease with Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint
• Holder of a valid driving license
