Concierge

Job Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide guests with information and assistance regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, restaurants, transportation, and entertainment.

• Handle guest requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently.

• Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, tours, and other special requests.

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, venues, and cultural activities.

• Assist with luggage handling when required.

• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a hotel or luxury establishment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong local knowledge of tourist attractions, restaurants, and cultural activities.

• Fluent in English and French.

• Customer-oriented with a passion for hospitality.

• Flexible to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
