DTOS is looking for an experienced Team Leader – Proposal & Onboarding to oversee the proposals and client onboarding function across all markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the proposals and onboarding function, ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
- Maintain and improve proposal templates, pricing matrices, and product catalogues.
- Oversee the proposal lifecycle from business development handover to client acceptance.
- Coordinate with tax advisors and subject matter experts to ensure accurate corporate tax inputs where applicable.
- Supervise client onboarding, ensuring complete, compliant, and approval-ready client files.
- Approve service agreements and ensure timely initiation of billing processes.
- Ensure ERP/CRM data accuracy for proposals and new client records.
- Monitor KPIs such as turnaround times, conversion rates, and onboarding efficiency.
- Participate in the client acceptance committee, providing input on risks, commercial terms, and compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5–8 years’ experience in corporate, fiduciary, or professional services, with strong exposure to proposals and client onboarding.
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Solid knowledge of compliance, regulatory frameworks, and client acceptance processes.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage complex client requirements.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
