Quality Officer

The Quality Officer is responsible for ensuring that all products, services, and processes meet established quality standards. These includes monitoring operations, inspecting processes, identifying issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• The Quality Officer is responsible for ensuring that all products, services, and processes meet established quality standards.
• To withdraw samples of finished products from specific production batch(es) at the Duty-Paid Store and perform quality control checks against a Reference sample or Standard. The Quality Officer shall then submit a report to QSE Specialist.
• Regular site visits + reports
• Raw Material Inspection: Timely reports of rejects, concessions and follow-ups
• To ensure that the Line Quality Controllers are properly filling Quality Control Sheets and reporting on non-conformities identified during production, prepare weekly report of anomalies.
• Accompany QC for proper verification when needed to ensure proper check is being done as per procedures and specifications.
• To Ensure that all Raw Materials (Extrinsic) delivered to Store Raws and used by the Bottling Section for Production Purposes, are within specifications.
• Follow up on Internal & External complaints.

Education/Competences

• Degree in related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years
• Experience in Quality field will be advantageous
• Knowledge of ISO 9001,45001 and 14001 will be advantageous
• Dexterity and precision.
• Punctuality and Team Spirit.
• Good listening skills.
• Ability to master and rotate through several tasks.
• Fast adaptability.
• Ability to focus and stay alert for a long period of time.
• Good sense of observation.
