Your role: The role of an Associate Application Support involves a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, support related queries and various applications, including effective communication to support clients. You require to have good relationship within the team and maintain continuous learning.

Role and Responsibilities

The Application Analyst role combines technical proficiency, analytical problem-solving, and effective communication to address client inquiries and support a range of applications. The duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Provide first- and second-level support for application issues.

• Analyze and resolve application incidents and service requests.

• Collaborate with users to understand issues and gather requirements.

• Document application configurations, procedures, and known issues.

• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level specialists.

• Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for optimization.

KNOWLEDGE, TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Essential

• Minimum qualifications: Diploma\Degree in IT or relevant work experience
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to details
• Eager to learn about integration, APIs and data flow between systems
• Being an engaged and flexible team player
• Understanding of relational database and ability to read and write SQL queries
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and writing). French is a plus

Desirable

• Knowledge of Workday, Successfactors is a plus
• Multiple language skills. (English, French, Dutch, German)
• Experience in a support environment and working with ticketing systems (Salesforce, Service Now)
