Guest Experience Officer

Join One of the most iconic attractions in Mauritius, the Land of 7 Colours at Chamarel We’re looking for a Guest Experience Officer to join our Team in Seven Coloured Earth. Strong communication and a love for hospitality required!

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process                 
• Engage with customers in courteous manner where appropriate to inform, recommend and sell activities/experiences            
• Be knowledgeable on all aspects of the leisure offering and be able to provide real time prices & availability to drive conversion in a pro-active manner.
• Collect feedback from customers and share with the respective brands to ensure that our promises meet the customers’ expectations
