RESPONSIBILITIES
• To ensure all aspects of clients travel are seamlessly arranged - including air tickets, accommodation, tours, transportation, travel insurance and visas.
• To handle all queries of customers
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years past experience in ticketing operations in a Travel Agency or BPO services
- Well versed in various areas of travel – domestic, international, business, leisure, groups, individual.
- Very well conversant with AMADEUS and GALILEO
- IATA Diploma or any other relevant qualifications in travel and/or tourism
- Be highly organised with good attention to details
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to handle difficult situations
- The ability to perform whilst under pressure and be prepared to take challenges
- Having worked as a counter staff in a travel agency and/or airline, with direct contact with clients, will be an advantage
