Assistant Cook

Join One of the most iconic attractions in Mauritius, the Land of 7 Colours at Chamarel! We’re looking for a Passionate Assistant Cook to join our Team in Seven Coloured Earth. Strong communication and a love for hospitality required!

• Assist in the preparation of all food items for the outlet as per standard recipe       
• Ensure that food is prepared quickly, efficiently, presentable and as per the quality standards of the brand.                                                                                          
• Prepare “mise-en-place” of all foodstuffs as appropriate.                                 
• Be in line with HACCP/ISO & food act of mauritius.
