Today, we stand as a respected authority in the field of mental health, convalescence, pain management, detox and wellness retreats.

To expand our reach even further, we are now looking for a Business Development & Marketing Manager for the International Market. This role is central to positioning Les Mariannes among tour operators, online travel agencies (OTAs), and referral channels, and attracting a discerning international clientele seeking genuine and transformative wellness solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• The ability to work independently.
• Proven experience and familiarity in the tourism and/or medical wellness market.
• Strong communication and networking skills, with confidence in building international partnerships.
• A quick-thinking, creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• A results-oriented approach and the drive to achieve measurable outcomes.
