Main Responsibilities will include:
- Maintain a high standard of service and make sure that relationship with collaborators meet the company requirements
- Assist the Team Leader – Branch & Direct Sales Operations to monitor the branch budget
- Ensure that deadlines and targets set by the company are met
- Provide feedback in regards to existing process as and when required
- Liaise and maintain a good relationship with partners / other departments for proper coordination.
- Adopt a Cross-Selling and Up-Selling Culture
- Ensure total customer satisfaction through excellent customer service in line with Swan values
- Ensure ethical and needs-based selling as per procedures set by the company
- Conduct daily cash count as per procedures set by the company
- Do proper underwriting to ensure intake of quality business
- Closely monitor the prospecting list of potential clients
- Provide assistance to agents / Brokers and any other stakeholders as and when required
Candidate Ideal Profile
- Minimum Higher School Certificate or equivalent
- Ideally have at least 2 years’ working experience with excellent customer service skills
- Experience in the General insurance field will be a definite advantage
- Be computer literate, with a good knowledge of Word and Excel
- Have an outgoing personality with good communication and selling skills, have the ability to work in a team and deliver results
- Be fully computer literate
