The PR & Communication Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to strengthen the hospital’s brand, enhance its public image, and ensure clear, consistent messaging across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Public Relations & Media
• Draft press releases, articles, and media pitches.
• Maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and media houses.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare press clippings and reports.
• Corporate Communication
• Develop internal newsletters, staff announcements, and CEO/COO messages.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
• Support crisis communication and reputation management.
• Digital & Social Media
• Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Create engaging content and campaigns aligned with brand guidelines.
• Track performance analytics and suggest improvements.
• Events & Campaigns
• Assist in the planning and execution of PR events, press conferences, and awareness campaigns.
• Coordinate logistics with agencies and vendors.

• Ensure brand voice consistency across all communication materials.
• Support copywriting for brochures, websites, and marketing collaterals.
Candidate Profile
• Education: Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years in PR, media, or corporate communications (healthcare/agency experience is an advantage).
• Excellent written and spoken communication (English & French).
• Strong storytelling and copywriting abilities.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools, media monitoring, and social media analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with media and stakeholders.
