Tradesman (Electrician) - Mauricia Beachcomber Resort & Spa

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures across the hotel premises.

Main responsibilities:

 • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures across the hotel premises.

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and providing timely and effective solutions.

• Collaborate with the Maintenance team to support day-to-day operations and respond promptly to emergencies.

• Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations

• Maintain accurate records of electrical work, equipment status, and spare parts usage.

• Suggest improvements and contribute to the continuous upkeep of resort facilities.

Qualifications and profile:

• Secondary academic qualifications.

• NC3/NC4 in Electrical Installation or equivalent technical qualification.

• Proven experience as an electrician, preferably within the hospitality or facilities management sector.

• Sound knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and local regulations.

• Pleasant and outgoing personality.

• High ethical standards.

• Good communication skills and customer-oriented

• Ready to perform odd and flexible hours of work, including Sundays, public holidays and cyclonic days.
