We are on the lookout for an energetic and outstanding individual to join our operations team. We are seeking candidates residing in the North and we are currently hiring for the position described below: 

Premium Administrator

As a Premium Administrator, you will be handling regular payments made by policy holders and you will be involved in a range of operational, allocation premiums and customer service tasks.

Your main duties will be:

  • Handle weekly premium split and follow up on outstanding premiums
  • Prepare and send premium confirmation letters, renewal letters and invoices
  • Create and update premium and commission reports
  • Keep CRM always updated
  • Assist and follow up on all broker enquiries
  • Assist financial advisers with premium payments
  • Process payments to stakeholders as and when required by Management

What we require (Qualification and skills):

  • Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

and three years’ experience in a similar position

  • Excellent time management skills and multitasking abilities
  • Adhere to the company’s confidentiality rules at all times
  • Accurate data entry and error-checking for premium payments, policy updates, and customer records
  • Ability to investigate payment discrepancies, resolve billing issues, and identify trends or irregularities
  • Strong focus on delivering quality service to policyholders and resolving concerns promptly
  • Comfortable with calculations for premium amounts, adjustments, and financial reconciliations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in insurance will be an advantage
  • High level of ethics and integrity

 We are looking for candidates residing in the North.
