A reputable management company in the north of Mauritius is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Administrator to manage a portfolio of clients and deliver high-quality corporate secretarial services. This is a client-facing role that requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to guide junior team members while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client portfolios, handling queries efficiently and professionally.

  • Act as the main contact, ensuring service delivery meets deadlines and quality standards.

  • Prepare minutes, resolutions, and maintain client files.

  • Oversee bank account openings, payments, distributions, and investment accounts.

  • Ensure compliance with AML and regulatory frameworks across jurisdictions.

  • Liaise with bankers, investment advisors, registered agents, and other stakeholders.

  • Resolve moderate to complex client issues, escalating when required.

  • Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a continuous learning culture.

  • Support process improvements and risk mitigation measures.

  • Assist with new business enquiries and entity closures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • STEP or ICSA certification (advantageous)
  • 5–7 years’ experience in trust & corporate administration
  • Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and compliance practices
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships
  • Shared services/outsourcing experience (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and analytical ability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
