Emtel is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to support our Customer Value Management (CVM) and sales activities.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs to propose relevant Emtel products to customers
- Involve customer calling and upselling of Emtel services
- Focus on engaging customers directly, typically in a public space like a mall or roadshows to promote, upgrade and sell Emtel products or services
- Responsible for attracting potential customers, demonstrating offerings, and closing sales while maintaining a positive brand presence
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum HSC Holder or equivalent
- Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer engagement roles would be an advantage
Required Skills and Aptitudes:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and maintain a customer-focused attitude
- Basic computer literacy
