Our client in the distribution sector is seeking to recruit a dynamic Indoor Sales Cum Admin Clerk who will report to the Accountant and Managing Director.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet visitors at the reception desk and over the phone.
- Direct visitors appropriately and notify relevant staff of their arrival.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
- Organize appointments on behalf of management.
- Coordinate document dispatch with the Office Attendant.
- Maintain continuity among team members by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Generate leads and proactively reach out to prospects.
- Engage with customers and potential clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Profile:
- Higher School Certificate.
- Degree in Sales / Marketing.
- At least 1 year experience in a similar position.
- Dynamic and customer-oriented.
- Organized with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in administrative tasks and sales coordination.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Team Player.
- Knowledge of accounting software (Sage Evolution).
