Our client in the distribution sector is seeking to recruit a dynamic Indoor Sales Cum Admin Clerk who will report to the Accountant and Managing Director.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet visitors at the reception desk and over the phone.
  • Direct visitors appropriately and notify relevant staff of their arrival.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
  • Organize appointments on behalf of management.
  • Coordinate document dispatch with the Office Attendant.
  • Maintain continuity among team members by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Generate leads and proactively reach out to prospects.
  • Engage with customers and potential clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Profile:

  • Higher School Certificate.
  • Degree in Sales / Marketing.
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar position.
  • Dynamic and customer-oriented.
  • Organized with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks and sales coordination.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Team Player.
  • Knowledge of accounting software (Sage Evolution).
