HR Administrative Assistant

Responsible for providing support in the various human resources and functions, which include recruitment, staffing, expat management , training and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling.

 

Main Duties:

  • Provide general support to the HR Team.
  • Oversees Employee attendance and working schedule
  • Payroll preparation in close cooperation with Finance
  • Capture and update daily attendance for month-end payroll processing
  • Follow up of staff leaves
  • Gather and maintain payroll data in a discreet manner

Skills/Competencies:

  • HSC with Mathematics and Accounting
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Administration
  • Experience in HR would be an advantage
  • Experience in the Construction Industry would be a strong asset
  • Strong willingness to learn
  • Aability to multi-task and work multiple deadlines
  • Strong administrative and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of local labour legislation
  • Computer literate and fully conversant with MS office application - MS Excel and Word

NOTE: Preference will be given to those living in the vicinity of Flacq
