As the Villa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our exclusive villas, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service.
Job DescriptionÂ
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of villa operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
- Lead and inspire a team of villa staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations
- Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs, addressing concerns, and delivering personalised experiences
- Oversee villa inventory, budgets, and financial performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences across the resort
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for villa operations
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance villa services and increase revenue
 QualificationsÂ
- Proven experience in luxury villa management or high-end hospitality
- Strong leadership skills with experience in staff supervision and training
- Excellent customer service skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in hospitality management systems and financial management
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- Relevant hospitality certifications (e.g., Hotel Management Diploma) are advantageous
- Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial
- In-depth knowledge of luxury hospitality industry standards and best practices
- Experience in villa operations and maintenance
