Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and duties for this position shall include, but not be limited to, the following areas and activities. At management discretion, direction may be given for tasks outside the scope of work described.
• Be knowledgeable of all items on the menu.
• Be knowledgeable of all special offers and promotions.
• Check the cleanliness and perfect shape of all items sent to the guest.
• Check cleanliness of Room Service area.
• Always be courteous to guests.
• Always use Room Service standards when taking orders.
• Complies with hotel’s safety, hygiene and health policies.
• Responsible for VIPs set-up Bars.
• Process checks for guests before/after.
• Keep record off all items sold.
• Complies with any related duties as requested.
