Job Overview:
Assist in the development and execution of SEO strategies aimed at increasing organic traffic, boosting search engine rankings, and elevating the overall online presence of our platforms.
This role demands proficiency in building deep linking, link strategy, keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO, and overall, SEO best practices along with the ability to analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
On-page & Off-page Optimization
● Execute on-page SEO optimizations (meta tags, headers, internal linking, content
structure, keyword placement).
● Optimize off-page SEO through quality backlinks, outreach, and partnerships.
● Implement and manage internal and external linking strategies to improve crawlability
and visibility.
● Ensure backlinks are high-quality and aligned with Google’s guidelines.
Technical SEO
● Perform regular technical SEO audits (crawl errors, indexing issues, broken links, site
architecture).
● Optimize site performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness in collaboration with
developers.
● Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and page experience signals.
● Implement and maintain structured data/schema markup for rich results.
● Troubleshoot rendering issues, with basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge.
Content Optimization
● Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities for content creation and
optimization.
● Collaborate with content teams to produce high-quality, SEO-optimized content.
● Identify and fill content gaps to enhance keyword targeting and topical authority.
● Optimize content for featured snippets and SERP features (FAQs, People Also Ask, local
packs, etc.).
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
● Track SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush,
Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and similar tools.
● Provide regular reports on traffic, rankings, conversions, and insights.
● Benchmark against competitors and adapt based on industry trends.
● Automate reporting or audits where possible via scripts, APIs, or dashboards.
Collaboration & Teamwork
● Work closely with Marketing, Content, and Development teams to align SEO tasks with
business goals.
● Provide guidance to content creators on SEO best practices.
● Support broader digital marketing initiatives with SEO expertise.
