SENIOR SITE ENGINEER

• BSc or NHD Building / Civil Engineering or Equivalent.
• At least 6 years’ experience on site with at least 3 years' experience as Site Engineer.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong Personality.
• Coordinates and manages the technical facets of construction contracts.
• Interprets specification requirements and ensures compliance on-site.
• Applies knowledge of building construction methods (civil, wet, and finishing trades).
• Assists in managing designated sections or smaller parts of the site.
• Supervises and manages sub-contractors to ensure work quality and timelines.
• Ensures adherence to basic conditions of contract across all site activities.
• Maintains smooth site operations through effective planning and coordination.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills on-site and with stakeholders.
