Technical Assistant

We’re looking for a Technical Assistant to support our Delivery & Quality Officer with the daily inspection and monitoring of precast concrete elements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of precast elements during and after production

• Complete and maintain checklists and records to ensure full traceability

• Identify, document, and report any defects or non-conformities

• Support implementation of repair procedures and corrective actions

• Assist in developing preventive measures to improve product quality

• Ensure all precast elements are correctly labeled and documented

• Coordinate with production teams for real-time feedback and resolution of issues

• Organise and archive quality-related documents for audit readiness

Profile Sought

• No prior experience required – full training will be provided

• Certificate/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a Technical/Vocational field is preferred but not mandatory

• Motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable with hands-on site work

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) is a plus

• Effective communication and teamwork skills
